Devine Stemware Glasses are handmade by me. The highest quality FDA compliant epoxy is used on all glasses. Being a handmade item, each item will be unique, and inks may differ in intensity and design, however, the inks will all be based on the same colors. Small imperfections may occur because humans are not perfect. I take special care to make sure each item is beautiful.

Return Policy
We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If item is not returned in original packaging and condition, the buyer is responsible for loss in value.

Cancellations
Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

Shipping
All shipments will be insured by USPS for lost, damaged, or missing parts. If you notice damage to your parcel please take a picture of the box, keep all packing materials, tracking information and purchased items. Please take and keep pictures of the condition of all packaging and items of your order. You will contact and make a claim to USPS but please also send this information to me. All claims are subject to USPS Policy and Procedures.
